Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of high-volume restaurant experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Willingness to fill in as needed
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of POS systems and digital reservation platforms
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Reliable and team-oriented

Job Duties

Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
Keep it clean and treat your tables like they’re in your own home
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
Be available to work weekends, some holidays and fill in as needed
