Currently, Maggiano's King of Prussia location is immediately hiring Cocktail Servers for both full and part-time roles. This position plays a critical role in enhancing guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service in the restaurant and cocktail areas. Key responsibilities include effectively managing a six-table station, accurately processing orders and payments, and maintaining clear communication with both guests and the kitchen team using the computerized register system. Cocktail Servers at Maggiano’s are expected to present and promote current specials and menu items, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of full-service restaurant experience, a solid understanding of menu items including wine and liquor lists, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor even under pressure. Cocktail Servers must balance all sales and receipts accurately and provide attentive service that upholds Maggiano's philosophy of excellent food service and guest satisfaction.
