Currently, Imagine is hiring for the position of a Cocktail Server - Steady Extra for two themed venues named the Cabinet and the Lock. These venues are part of Imagine’s immersive entertainment products, where the Cocktail Server plays an integral role in enhancing the guest experience. The Lock is themed as a speakeasy, demanding the server to adopt a no-nonsense attitude while helping to set the secretive and intriguing environment, always mindful of who might be listening. The Cabinet, on the other hand, celebrates worldwide exhibitions featuring pieces and props from various cultures, each with a story that the server helps to share with guests.

The Cocktail Server contributes to the immersive environment by delivering an experience with a focus not only on the taste buds but also on the artistic atmosphere. This role requires a vibrant personality and the ability to engage guests in a manner that complements the themed narrative of each venue. The server will be responsible for taking drink orders, assisting the Mixologist in drink preparation, and ensuring timely and professional service. They will move between both venues, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, handling money per procedure, and monitoring alcohol consumption according to guidelines. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to maintain character-based service, and adherence to company policies.
