Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain/maintain alcohol service card
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- alcohol certification required
- ability to work in a casino environment with bright lights, music, smoke, and high energy
Job Qualifications
- positive, guest-first attitude with strong communication skills
- knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
- ability to stay calm, professional, and fun in a busy, fast-moving setting
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous cocktail service or hospitality experience is a plus
- casino experience is even better
Job Duties
- deliver top-notch cocktail service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels valued
- take and promote drink orders, showcasing your knowledge of premium brands, cocktails, beer, and wine
- work hand-in-hand with bartenders to prepare, garnish, and serve drinks quickly and accurately
- keep guest areas tidy and welcoming at all times
- check IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows state and company regulations
- create a friendly, upbeat environment by greeting and engaging guests
