Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- six months of related experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- must be able to walk for the duration of the shift
- must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the assigned work station
- take beverage orders accurately and relay them to bartenders
- serve beverages promptly to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas
- carry and balance full trays of beverages
- compute charges for orders and accept payments while maintaining an accurate cash bank
- provide complimentary beverages according to company policy
