Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cocktail or table service
- Availability Thursday through Sunday afternoons and evenings
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cocktail server or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday evenings and afternoons
- Familiarity with theatre or live event environments is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional cocktail and food service to guests
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately in a theatre-in-the-round setting
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the service area
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Engage with guests to enhance their immersive experience
- Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Prepare and set up the service area before and after performances
