Job Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
strong communication, basic math, and problem-solving skills
ability to work with POS systems and follow detailed procedures
open availability for all event dates including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 18 years of age or as legally required
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
strong communication skills
basic math skills
ability to work well in a team
knowledge of POS systems is a plus
excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
take and serve beverage and food orders
upsell items and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
accurately handle payments and POS transactions
maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with setup/breakdown
complete side work and follow checkout procedures
work collaboratively with barbacks, food runners, and assistants
