Job Requirements

  • Ability to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, and move freely throughout the property for scheduled shift duration
  • Ability to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment while performing duties
  • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months previous high volume alcohol serving experience preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take and serve beverage orders accurately
  • Prepare and mix drinks as needed or necessary
  • Greet guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and attend to guest needs promptly
  • Operate and clean all equipment in service stations
  • Use point-of-sale system to enter orders and process payments
  • Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment
