Job Requirements
- Ability to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, and move freely throughout the property for scheduled shift duration
- Ability to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment while performing duties
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months previous high volume alcohol serving experience preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take and serve beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and mix drinks as needed or necessary
- Greet guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and attend to guest needs promptly
- Operate and clean all equipment in service stations
- Use point-of-sale system to enter orders and process payments
- Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment
