Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (Nevada-issued)
Food Handler Safety Training Card
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to move quickly for long periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying of trays and beverages

Job Qualifications

Previous cocktail server or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (Nevada-issued) and Food Handler Safety Training Card required prior to start

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and energetic environment
Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders while ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service laws
Maintain knowledge of the casino's menu, daily specials, and promotions
Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle guest payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and work areas
Work closely with bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure seamless service
Follow all state and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service, health, and safety
Assist in side work including stocking, cleaning, and preparation before, during, and after shifts
Provide a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality to guests and team members
