Job Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
Open availability for all event dates including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to handle POS transactions accurately
Previous experience in hospitality or food service helpful but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take and serve beverage and food orders
Upsell items and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
Accurately handle payments and POS transactions
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with setup/breakdown
Complete side work and follow checkout procedures
Work collaboratively with barbacks, food runners, and assistants
