Job Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
open availability for all event dates including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to handle POS transactions
willingness to work in a union role
availability for part-time, event-based scheduling

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
basic math skills
problem-solving skills
ability to work with POS systems
ability to follow detailed procedures
experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
take and serve beverage and food orders
upsell items and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
accurately handle payments and POS transactions
maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with setup/breakdown
complete side work and follow checkout procedures
work collaboratively with barbacks, food runners, and assistants
