Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting trays and carrying food/beverages
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in upscale dining, lounge, or cocktail bar preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation is a strong plus
- Ability to remain composed and polished in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team player who takes pride in delivering an elevated guest experience
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create an inviting, comfortable atmosphere
- Provide detailed knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and specialty beverages
- Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations, and upsell thoughtfully
- Execute drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all beverages and plates are presented with care and in line with lounge standards
- Manage tabs and handle payments with accuracy and discretion
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of assigned sections
- Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests with professionalism
- Uphold lounge standards in appearance, etiquette, and service
