Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in beverage or food service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beverage menus and mixology is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ensure compliance with all beverage service policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
