Job Requirements
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and correspondences
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- takes food and beverage orders
- enters orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serves food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections
- coordinates with kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food
- provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter
- follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
