- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months of related experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to walk for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the assigned work station
- Take beverage orders and relay them to bartenders accurately
- Deliver beverages promptly to guests
- Carry and balance full tray of beverages during service
- Compute charges and accept payments, maintaining an accurate cash bank
- Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy
- Circulate actively in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas to ensure service quality
