Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop and wipe to perform essential job functions
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 40 pounds and place items on high and low shelves
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- Must adhere to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Polite, friendly manner when dealing with customers
- Sufficient manual dexterity to handle glassware, bottles, and garnishes
- Ability to read, speak and understand English language
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cocktail serving experience
- Proficient in English to communicate with guests
- Basic mathematical skills for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to work well with or without direct supervision
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Completion of Alcohol Awareness training program preferred
Job Duties
- Keep tables in the lounge area clean
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Enter orders into POS system for bartender to prepare beverages and kitchen to prepare food
- Pick up drinks and food when orders are ready and serve guests
- Prepare and deliver check and accept payment from guests
