Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
excellent communication skills
physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
availability to work weekends and some holidays
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
legal eligibility to work in the United States

know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
keep it clean and treat your tables like they're in your own home
perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
understand POS systems and digital reservation platforms
be available to work weekends, some holidays, and fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
