Job Requirements

prior serving experience required
bartending experience
ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
must be able to work independently
Sunday and Monday evening availability required
willingness to work weekends and holidays
ability to handle cash and perform cleaning and restocking duties

stand for 8 hours or more and walk up and down stairs
work outdoors for entirety of shift

Job Duties

providing excellent customer service
serving food and beverages to guests
discussing and suggesting a wide variety of wines, cocktails, and beers
handling cash, cleaning and restocking as dictated by assigned side work
opening and closing the bar
working independently with bartending experience
following all safety guidelines
