Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to carry and balance trays with beverages
- Capable of handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months of related experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly manner throughout assigned work station
- Take beverage orders from guests and accurately relay them to bartenders
- Carry and balance full trays of beverages efficiently
- Deliver beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a timely manner
- Compute charges for beverage orders and accept payments accurately
- Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times
- Provide complimentary beverages in line with company policy
