Job Requirements
- Ability to move with agility, walk, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a cocktail server in a high-volume or upscale dining or lounge environment
- Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
- Interest in Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine is a plus
- Positive attitude
- Polished communication skills
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding, personalized service to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately take and serve drink and food orders
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a sense of urgency and hospitality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized section at all times
- Collaborate closely with bar and lounge team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appropriate uniform, appearance, and conduct
