Job Description
The Cocktail Server position at Seattle Beer Union is a dynamic and customer-focused role responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service within the busy airport setting. This role requires attentiveness, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor to take and serve orders promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- minimum 6 months of related serving experience
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in friendly and enthusiastic manner

- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to converse comfortably with customers
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serve food and beverages for guests in assigned sections and other sections
- coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and food quality
- provide highest quality of service to customers at all times
- maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
- present checks for payment and provide change
- follow HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables appropriately
