Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
preferred six months to one year serving experience
excellent communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask effectively
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food and beverage service standards
physical stamina to remain standing for prolonged periods
meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
assist guests in navigating the menu by offering recommendations and addressing their inquiries
take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards
proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored service to enrich their dining experience
clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery
