Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum six months of related experience or training
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Must be able to perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm and efficient during busy periods
Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's card
Must obtain and maintain a Responsible Beverage Service certification
May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license as per San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
No driving responsibilities required for this role

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
Friendly and efficient guest service skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Clear and effective communication abilities

Job Duties

Take orders and process payments from guests according to brand standards
Order alcoholic beverages from bartenders and deliver drinks to guests promptly
Prepare non-alcoholic drinks as needed
Conduct service check-ins to clear trash, empty glasses and ashtrays
Continuously inquire with guests about additional cocktail or drink service
Maintain and update alcohol knowledge including spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails
Manage cash transactions accurately using cash and carry system
Keep workstation and beverage tray clean and organized
Complete daily side-work and assist in other duties as assigned
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure proper floor coverage and excellent guest service
