Job Requirements

Ability to move with agility, walk, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 25 lbs
ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
prior experience in upscale or high-volume cocktail service
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a cocktail server in a high-volume or upscale dining/lounge environment
working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
positive attitude
polished communication skills
strong team spirit
interest in Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine is a plus
ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings

Job Duties

Provide outstanding, personalized service to guests in a timely and professional manner
accurately take and serve drink and food orders
anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a sense of urgency and hospitality
maintain a clean, safe, and organized section at all times
collaborate closely with bar and lounge team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service
maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appropriate uniform, appearance, and conduct
