The Server role at HMSHost is pivotal in creating memorable dining experiences for guests at the Portland Jetport location, specifically within the food and beverage department. The Server is responsible for observing and responding to guest needs throughout their dining experience, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of their service area, and handling payment transactions efficiently and in accordance with company policies. Ideal candidates for this role are enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with prior serving experience in high-volume or fast casual dining environments. Physical stamina is important, as the job requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
