Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, specials, and restaurant accounting procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand and walk for entire shifts, transport food and beverages, and move around the restaurant safely
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required
