Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Six months to one year related experience preferred
Ability to take and pass training tests with 85 percent or higher
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to carry moderate to heavy weight
Ability to follow company policies
Ability to wear personal protective equipment when required

Job Duties

Serve beverages to guests from the bar with appropriate garnishes
Assist servers with guest requests including conveying new orders
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters
Stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
Check guests' identification for minimum age requirements
Monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption
Carry ice buckets and heavy trays of beverages
