Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Experience ranging from none to 2 years preferred
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Open availability preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
  • Adaptability to varying shifts and tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods efficiently and accurately for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
  • Read, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare foods and serve customers ordering à la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shift on time with adequate regularity
  • Perform other assigned duties which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and customer requirements
