The company is dedicated to innovation and quality, maintaining a strong focus on both customer satisfaction and employee growth. Operating in a fast-paced, energetic environment, Wendy's offers its employees an opportunity to develop valuable skills in hospitality, management, and customer service while contributing to a brand with a strong community presence and a commitment to excellence.
The role of Co/Assistant Manager at Wendy's is essential to the successful daily operations of the restaurant and directly impacts the customer experience and team performance. This leadership position demands a blend of management skills, team motivation, and operational oversight to ensure that everything runs smoothly. As the Co/Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing food service operations, coaching, and mentoring team members, collaborating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, handling cash, and resolving customer concerns. Your leadership directly contributes to creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return and team members to thrive.
This position offers competitive pay ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses that reward your ability to lead effectively. Beyond compensation, Wendy's provides a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance, free meals during shifts, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Career growth opportunities abound, and you will work in a brand-new restaurant environment that values innovation, enthusiasm, and a strong team dynamic. One unique benefit offered is a paid day off on your birthday, alongside additional paid time off, emphasizing the company’s commitment to employee well-being.
Wendy's is seeking passionate, service-driven leaders who can manage daily operations and inspire their teams in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You will have the chance to take the reins, lead by example, and create unforgettable experiences for both staff and customers. You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, ensuring that standards of quality, service, and safety are upheld. If you are someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys fostering a fun and supportive workplace, and possesses a strong work ethic, this role is a perfect fit. Embrace this opportunity to build your career with a globally respected brand that values your leadership and empowers you to succeed in every aspect of restaurant management.
