As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will be an integral part of the Strategy and PMO (Project Management Office) team, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and technological advancements within Crew Resources. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders to support various technology initiatives that drive significant improvements across the organization. The position is designed for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields and aims to offer valuable industry exposure and professional development. As a Co-Op, you will alternate between work and academic semesters, dedicating 2-3 alternating semesters to practical work experience.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with project coordination, process mapping, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and implementation of Crew Technology initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from various departments such as IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, and HR to organize and clarify business requirements for ongoing technology projects. Additionally, you will focus on identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to support business growth and operational improvements. Your role encompasses data collection, analysis, and visualization, supporting project objectives through insightful reporting and presentation of findings to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Besides analytical tasks, you will support knowledge management efforts by helping maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), glossaries, and team resources, ensuring that critical information is accessible and up to date. The Co-Op role demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a safety-conscious mindset while working under minimal supervision in a collaborative environment. Success in this role requires adaptability to a fast-paced workplace and a professional demeanor in interacting with diverse teams across the company. Job Requirements
- Working as a co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation
- This position requires you to work for 2-3 alternating semesters
- You cannot actively take any courses inclusive of online or in-person and work as a co-op at the same time which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters
- Rotations fall 2026 summer 2027 spring 2028
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business technology engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of microsoft office products
- Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
- Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization
- Able to commit to three alternating work semesters

Job Duties
- Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives including process mapping documentation and implementation activities
- Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects collaborating with cross-functional teams IT Finance IFS FOP OCC OAP ODS HR
- Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement
- Collect analyze and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making
- Prepare clear and concise reports presentations and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels
- Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content e g SOPs Glossary of Terminology team pages
- Participate in meetings prepare documentation and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables
- Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
