Job Requirements
- Must work 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA
- Cannot take courses simultaneously while working as a Co-op
- At least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of SQL or database query tool(s)
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Strong organizational and personal management skills
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Must be currently enrolled full-time
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to prioritize safety and security
- Embrace diverse people and perspectives
- Highly preferred: curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, persistence
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access
- Knowledge of SQL or database query tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Identify manual processes to improve via data automation
- Design and implement automated solutions to streamline tasks
- Help gather and tabulate feedback to understand workload
- Collaborate on documentation of new and existing processes
- Utilize project management skills to meet deadlines and budget
- Work with team to maintain operational reliability and compliance
- Support data-driven decision making in crew tracking and operations
