Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • some college preferred
  • 5 plus years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • ability to regularly stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to problem solve and accept feedback
  • ability to set and implement action plans
  • ability to measure performance both subjectively and objectively
  • passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and staffing management for the restaurant
  • ensure a safe and compliant work environment
  • oversee orientation, onboarding, and development of team members
  • make final hiring and separation decisions
  • create and manage team schedules with payroll considerations
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • audit operations and implement improvements
  • maintain operational standards and facility upkeep
  • communicate effectively across all levels
  • coach and mentor team members
  • ensure compliance with risk management and labor laws
  • foster a positive and attractive workplace culture
