Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- 5 plus years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- ability to regularly stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must be 18 years of age or older
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to problem solve and accept feedback
- ability to set and implement action plans
- ability to measure performance both subjectively and objectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and staffing management for the restaurant
- ensure a safe and compliant work environment
- oversee orientation, onboarding, and development of team members
- make final hiring and separation decisions
- create and manage team schedules with payroll considerations
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- audit operations and implement improvements
- maintain operational standards and facility upkeep
- communicate effectively across all levels
- coach and mentor team members
- ensure compliance with risk management and labor laws
- foster a positive and attractive workplace culture
