Job Requirements
- During each shift, motivate, direct, and coach staff to work proficiently at assigned stations and ensure task completion
- Supervise all staff including those under 18 years, abiding by all relevant labor laws and company policies
- Ensure restaurant preparedness to meet customer needs and satisfaction
- Support District and General Managers in building sales and controlling costs using cost control tools
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from 6 feet high to 6 inches off the ground
- Control and utilize equipment safely and correctly (e.g., sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutters, knives, can openers, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register)
- Apply pressure to cut through products or clean equipment
- Count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Process and complete customer orders
- Comprehend training materials and standard operating procedures
- Use mathematical skills for sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, schedules, cash handling, and business projections
- Legally drive an automobile adhering to traffic laws
- Supervise multiple people simultaneously
- Be dependable and hardworking
- Work approximately 40 hours per week with two days off, schedule includes open to 4 PM or 4 PM to close
Job Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have basic math skills
- Have strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and cost control
- Be dependable and able to work a varied 42-hour workweek under pressure
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Possess a reliable vehicle and auto insurance as a primary driver
- Provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Ensures customers are served correctly and complete orders within service time goals
- Prepares and ensures that all staff is serving consistent, high-quality products to customers
- Achieves the standards for a clean and organized restaurant and staff image as defined in the Little Caesars Handbook and local government requirements
- Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates potential staff as well as promotes others
- Develops a productive team by providing direction and supervision through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- Ensures a work environment that complies with government regulations and is safe, secure, and free of harassment or discrimination
- Accurately completes all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the District Manager
- Performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately
- Manages all financial responsibilities with integrity and performs tasks for cost control goals
- Maintains frequent communication with the District Manager, General Manager, and Human Resources via Google chats and email
