The Co-Manager role at Wendy's is critical in supporting the General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and the execution of company policies and procedures. Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
  • ensure 100% completion of Wendy's training for all employees
  • track and execute all cleaning and maintenance systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • conduct interviews and recommend selection of Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew Members
  • train Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew Members
