In addition, you will handle problem-solving with calm and creativity, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance restaurant performance.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and engaging in repetitive motions common in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The General Manager must be flexible with scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and will work shifts that cover peak business hours to maintain a consistent presence during key operating times.

Wingstop offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, disability coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and life insurance. The restaurant also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws regarding scheduling, rest periods, and employee rights.

If you are a motivated leader with proven restaurant management experience and a passion for keeping customers coming back for more, this is your chance to join a vibrant company that truly values its employees and community impact.
