Renowned for its bold flavors and commitment to quality, Wingstop is not just a restaurant but a full-on flavor experience that captivates guests and keeps them coming back for more. With a mission to "Serve the world flavor with great food and even better service," Wingstop fosters an energetic and fast-paced workplace culture that values every role from team members to leadership. The company continues to expand across diverse locations, driven by passion, innovation, and a consumer-first mindset. As a prominent player in the casual dining and fast-food industry, Wingstop's emphasis on flavor, operational excellence, and team empowerment has cemented its reputation as a beloved brand that champions both customers and employees alike.

The role of Assistant Manager at Wingstop in Loveland, CO is a key leadership position that supports the General Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage ranging from $15.16 to $18.16, aligned with local wage laws to ensure fair compensation. As the right hand to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is entrusted with overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain quality, speed, and exceptional guest satisfaction. This role demands a hands-on leader who leads by example, inspires the team, and fosters a thriving work environment driven by collaboration and shared success. Responsibilities encompass managing shift schedules, inventory control, and upholding cleanliness standards, while also focusing on cost management by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage.

In addition to operational duties, the Assistant Manager takes an active role in staff development by providing training, coaching, and continuous support to team members. This position often requires stepping into various roles as needed to maintain momentum during shifts and ensure an energetic, positive atmosphere for both employees and guests. Leadership communication is central to this role, as maintaining strong lines of communication between crew and management helps cultivate a positive team culture. The Assistant Manager also acts as the General Manager's stand-in during absences, confidently leading the restaurant to consistent operational success.

This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle up to 50 pounds regularly, with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Wingstop is committed to equal opportunity employment and continually accepts applications for this role, looking to attract passionate leaders eager to contribute to the company’s mission and vision. Joining Wingstop as an Assistant Manager means becoming part of a bold, fun, and fast-moving team dedicated to delivering outstanding flavor experiences and operational excellence every day.
