Job Description
Concierge Care is a dedicated home care agency serving Jacksonville, Florida, and its surrounding areas with compassionate in-home support services. As a trusted provider in the healthcare industry, Concierge Care specializes in offering quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own residences. The agency takes pride in its commitment to not only its clients but also to its caregivers, providing dependable office support and comprehensive coverage including liability insurance, ensuring caregivers can focus fully on their essential caregiving roles without additional burdens. With flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive team, Concierge Care has been an employer of choice for certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and certified home health aides (HHAs) seeking daytime work opportunities in the region.
Currently, Concierge Care is expanding its team of Florida-certified CNAs and Certified HHAs to meet the rising demand for skilled and compassionate caregivers in multiple locations including Jacksonville (North, South, East, and West), Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Palatka, Ponte Vedra, and other nearby neighborhoods. This recruitment effort focuses on day shift opportunities structured as W-2 employment with ongoing PRN scheduling options, offering both flexibility and consistency depending on caregiver availability and client needs.
This role is ideal for caregivers passionate about providing quality in-home care, focusing on supporting clients with daily living activities while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Caregivers will work with a diverse range of clients, performing essential duties such as personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship. The agency's commitment to quality assurance and caregiver well-being is demonstrated through dedicated support during onboarding and throughout active client assignments. Additionally, the benefit of liability insurance coverage by the agency eliminates the need for personal liability insurance, creating an environment of security and professionalism. The pay rate ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, reflecting the caregiver's experience and client assignment.
For caregivers looking for growth and professional development, Concierge Care emphasizes ongoing education by requiring continuing education units, including specialized trainings such as Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS awareness, medication assistance, and dementia care through Elder Affairs. Such training ensures that caregivers maintain high standards of care and remain updated with best practices suited for the aging and vulnerable populations they serve.
In addition to rewarding work and solid compensation, joining Concierge Care means becoming part of an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion. Prospective employees must comply with Florida state regulations, including completion of the mandatory Level 2 background screening process through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and AHCA Clearinghouse. By joining this team, caregivers contribute meaningfully to enhancing the quality of life for clients across multiple communities in Florida while advancing their own professional caregiving careers.
This comprehensive and supportive environment makes Concierge Care an excellent choice for CNAs and HHAs looking for flexible daytime employment with competitive wages, professional growth opportunities, and the backing of an experienced agency committed to care and compliance.
