Job Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in good standing in corresponding state
  • Previous experience in home care, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward clients
  • Must be able to lift and move patients as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and record patient vitals including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with medication reminders and ensure safe medication administration
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Document all care provided in compliance with company policies and procedures
