Job Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • must pass a background check
  • capable of working extended hours including evenings weekends and holidays as necessary
  • able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing with corrective lenses if needed
  • must be able to speak English clearly and understandably for communications over the telephone
  • position involves sitting standing stooping kneeling pushing shoving lifting carrying and moving objects up to 50 lbs with ability to climb several flights of stairs if necessary
  • work involves alternating between indoor controlled climate and outdoor variable climate and lighting
  • must be able to interact with all types of individuals be mentally alert detail oriented and possess good reasoning skills
  • must have finger dexterity for typing and using a keyboard
  • must pass background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication abilities
  • knowledge and skills typically gained through the acquisition of a high school diploma and or GED
  • three years of related experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Accept packages for residents
  • log receipt and delivery of all packages
  • contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
  • respond to or forward as appropriate and track all homeowner inquiries
  • complete building walking inspections daily and monitor building for cleanliness
  • notify community manager of issues needing their attention
  • distribute homeowner notices as needed
  • provide a daily summary of activities and issues including daily logs and checklist notes
  • report any light outages
  • ensure hallways are clear of debris and obstructions
  • inspect walls and carpets for damage or stains
  • inspect fitness center and verify equipment is in place
  • ensure trash and recycle bins are not overflowing
