The Club Manager role at Delaware North within Climate Pledge Arena offers a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the premium club bars, inseat service, and catering events. Compensation for this full-time role starts at a base salary of $80,169 per year, with additional earning potential through an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, along with an uncapped sales incentive program. This role requires at least two years of experience in restaurant or club management, preferably within high-volume settings, with a strong understanding of budgets, cost controls, inventory management, and P&L accountability. Additionally, prior bar management experience is required, alongside proficiency with point of sale systems and essential computer applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. Certifications such as ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures are highly valued, and support for obtaining these credentials will be provided.
The Club Manager must be adept at upholding rigorous food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance. Being flexible in scheduling to accommodate variable business demands is also vital. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment
- Previous bar experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Financial acumen and proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Duties
- Manage all club operations, ensuring smooth coordination across premium clubs, bars and inseat dining

- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Continuously monitor the point of sale system, checking for errors, price variations, and accuracy
