As a Clubs Bar Back at Levy, your responsibilities include keeping all bar and service areas fully stocked with essentials including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, utensils, and ice. You will monitor inventory levels diligently during service and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors to ensure uninterrupted service flow. The role also involves transporting beverages and food orders swiftly and accurately to their designated locations, maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas, including managing trash and recyclables. You will assist post-event with breakdown duties, organizing equipment and resetting the space for future use. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards and a positive attitude is crucial.
