Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Communicate ClubLife through all channels and take care of members needs as it relates to reservations, inquiries, preferences
  • Speak to members on various topics and promote Member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences
  • Build relationships and reports with members and guests and execute key ClubLife project work including birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, and invitation to signature events
  • Provide warm welcomes and fond farewells with name recognition and connection
  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the Club and create Magic Moments proactively
  • Inform members and guests of Club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone
  • Assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for Club programs and services
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas
  • Accommodate requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services
  • Support Member Experience initiatives such as Club Newsletter, Message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, and outbound calls
  • Seat guests
  • Adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
  • Work safely
  • Participate in daily line-ups and other requested activities
  • Maintain a neat uniform and grooming in accordance with Club standards
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing members and guest needs
  • Understand and implement service recovery procedures
  • Notify GM or department heads of member or guest complaints and rectify using service recovery
  • Assume various responsibilities as needed and requested
