Delaware North has proudly operated concessions, premium dining, and various restaurants at Lambeau Field and its adjacent entertainment district, Titletown, since 2012. Titletown offers unique experiences featuring Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites, along with seasonal special events such as sledding and ice skating, creating a dynamic and vibrant environment for both employees and guests.

The company operates in multiple sectors, including sports, gaming, national parks, hotels, and retail, offering diverse career paths and development opportunities. Delaware North values inclusivity and equal opportunity for all applicants, embracing diversity as a cornerstone of its workforce.
As a Club Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guest experiences at Lambeau Field’s clubs are seamless, efficient, and memorable. This seasonal, hourly position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking to join the fast-paced world of sports hospitality. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising and coordinating the activities of club associates during your shift, enforcing standard operating procedures and service quality to deliver top-tier customer service.
You will oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols within the work and surrounding areas, guaranteeing a secure and welcoming environment for both employees and guests. An essential aspect of your role is to proactively identify and resolve challenges related to staff, guest interactions, and operational processes, often liaising with management for support. Additionally, you will manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and inspecting items to maintain quality standards.
The Club Supervisor will also assist with front-line guest service during busy periods, demonstrating leadership through direct engagement and support. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of food and wine to elevate the guest experience. Experience with point-of-sale systems or computer operations is beneficial, as well as previous supervisory experience in food service or hospitality settings.
Physical fitness is essential for this role, as supervisors will be frequently walking the facility throughout their shift, standing, bending, reaching, making repetitive motions, and lifting stock weighing up to 50 pounds. The position primarily involves weekend shifts, event-driven schedules, daytime and evening hours, with overtime as needed.
