Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be personable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must maintain excellent attendance
  • Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required by state or federal laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow all company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by regulations
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS cash/credit transactions and inventory
  • Possess valid SNHD food handling card and Alcohol Awareness or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order
  • Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of orders
  • Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
  • Assist in closing out financials per event and ensure correct billing
  • Monitor and maintain food quality
  • Follow company policies, safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory control and product requisition fulfilling
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Supervise service of beverages including alcohol and check IDs
  • Respond to guest requests promptly
  • Ensure suites have necessary serving ware
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to event
  • Identify and take action on visibly intoxicated guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
