Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel setting

Job Duties

  • Respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and adding personal recommendations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the area, including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions and effectively communicate this information to guests
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lobby
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and the hotel
  • Address and resolve all customer problems efficiently and effectively
  • Provide personalized service to all clientele
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards
