Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skill for building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel
- Multi-tasking and a great sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills

Job Duties
- Respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and adding personal recommendations
- Maintain a strong understanding of the area, including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions and effectively communicate this information to guests
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lobby
- Serve as a liaison between guests and the hotel
- Address and resolve all customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Provide personalized service to all clientele
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards
