This role involves working as an Assistant Suites Manager, playing a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations within the suites department. The position reports directly to the Suites Manager and requires a proactive, observant manager dedicated to maintaining high standards of guest service. The Club Level Manager will engage closely with a talented team to ensure every event offers a memorable guest experience. Duties encompass coordinating food setup and preparation, supervising team activities, and enforcing premium service standards based on Delaware North's customer service platform. Additionally, the manager is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling team members to maintain seamless suite operations. The role demands efficient inventory management, including ordering and purchasing products while controlling costs and maintaining quality. Financial oversight includes verifying sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting, alongside preparing operational and cost reports. Flexibility is vital, as the role involves working days, evenings, split shifts, holidays, weekends, and events. Candidates do not require a college degree but must bring at least one year of direct food and beverage experience coupled with supervisory experience. Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment, strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and organizational ability are essential. Experience with Clover point-of-sale systems is preferred. Job Duties

  • Food setup and preparation standards, coordinating and supervising the activities of team members and the supervisory team
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling of team members, and maintaining daily operations of the suites area
  • Maintain positive client and customer relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and products
  • Order and maintain all inventories for the area, determine quantities of related products, and purchase products required following company guidelines, ensuring product quality and controlling costs
  • Verify sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting reports, preparing various cost and operational reports
  • Upload premium service standards throughout the level, based on our customer service platform
