Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Exposure to variable temperatures and wet conditions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Using hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchenware storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster, clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow directions accurately and work cooperatively with team
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently
- Assist in organizing kitchen supplies and equipment
