Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
  • basic math skills to calculate recipe measurements
  • prior experience in a similar food preparation role preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures
  • prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines and sanitation standards
  • set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
  • maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in inventory control and stock management
  • support team members during high volume events
