The role available is a non-management, full-time position focused on supporting the Rooms & Guest Services Operations department at Sheraton Grand Los Angeles. This position is centered on maintaining the club lounge area, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and service quality. The hourly pay for this role is $27.38. This job requires a hands-on individual dedicated to managing the seating availability, bar service, and overall cleanliness and maintenance of the club lounge environment. The responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar supplies such as ice and glassware, and ensuring that food and beverage areas are well-stocked and secure. The role also involves recording necessary department information, assisting guests attentively according to company standards, and adhering strictly to Marriott's policies and quality assurance expectations.

Job Duties
- Control seat availability service safety and guest well-being in the club lounge
- maintain bar furniture tables and other instruments clean and in good condition
- prepare and serve hot cold and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice glassware and supplies anticipating replenishment needs and communicating them immediately
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
- complete opening and closing tasks
- requisition necessary supplies moving them from storage to bar area
- secure liquors beers wines refrigerators cabinets and storage areas
- document relevant department information in records
- anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to management
- comply with company policies and procedures ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- greet all guests according to company standards anticipate and meet service needs assist people with disabilities and thank guests genuinely
- communicate clearly and professionally with others prepare and review written documents accurately answer phones using proper protocol
