The role being offered is a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category, specifically focusing on the club lounge area. This role involves maintaining an exceptional standard of service, safety, and ambiance for guests using the club lounge. Responsibilities include controlling seat availability, ensuring the bar and lounge furniture are clean and well-maintained, preparing and serving a variety of beverages including alcoholic drinks, and managing supplies such as ice, glassware, and provisions. An essential part of this job is anticipating the needs of the lounge and communicating the need for resupply promptly. The position also requires completion of opening and closing tasks, securing liquor and other valuables in the bar and storage areas, maintaining accurate departmental records, and coordinating with kitchen staff for special food requests.

Job Duties
