Job Duties

  • control seat availability in the club lounge
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other instruments
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • replenish ice, glassware, and provisions promptly
  • wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
  • complete opening and closing tasks
  • secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document relevant information in department records
  • anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and attend to guest service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • express genuine appreciation to guests
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • answer phones using proper protocol
  • cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • support team efforts to achieve common goals
